To cancel your order, please submit a request with the following information as soon as possible:
- Order Number
- Email Used to Purchase Order
- Last Four of the Card Used to Purchase
If your order has already been fulfilled, we may be unable to cancel your order. We will email you with a response as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we will need to process a refund and you will need to send the product back to us before we can process your refund. Once the product is received back at our warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days to process and refund your order.
